On-Site Pallet Truck Inspection, Servicing & Repairs

Our visual inspections identify whether pallet trucks can be operated, adjusted, and maintained safely. We check for signs of wear or damage in line with L.O.L.E.R or P.U.W.E.R regulations and provide a written report before any work is carried out.

Servicing usually involves a visual inspection, refreshing grease points, checking or replacing lubricants and filters, minor repairs where possible, and making necessary adjustments. A written report is issued detailing completed work or recommendations.

Yes – where possible, our engineers will replace worn or defective parts on-site, using components that meet manufacturer specifications. Final adjustments and a safety check confirm that the equipment is safe and ready for use.

After the inspection, we’ll advise which trucks are serviceable and what parts may be needed. A clear quote will be provided, and once approved, the engineer will complete the repair work. Please contact us directly for pricing details.
