A direct replacement entry roller for selected Jungheinrich pallet trucks.
Entry rollers are positioned at the front underside of pallet truck forks and are designed to:
• Assist smooth pallet entry
• Reduce friction when approaching pallet openings
• Prevent fork tip damage
• Improve handling on uneven floors
• Reduce strain on load wheels during pallet engagement
Worn or seized entry rollers can cause difficult pallet entry, fork scraping, increased operator effort and premature wear to fork tips.
Installation guidance:
Remove fork tip fixing hardware.
Inspect mounting pin and surrounding housing.
Replace worn bearings if applicable.
Refit securely and confirm free rotation before returning to service.
