A direct replacement pressure roller for selected Jungheinrich pallet trucks and warehouse equipment.
Pressure rollers are used within fork or lift mechanisms to:
• Maintain smooth lifting movement
• Support load transfer within linkage assemblies
• Reduce friction between moving components
• Prevent premature wear to mating surfaces
• Maintain alignment under load
Worn or seized pressure rollers can cause uneven lifting, increased operating resistance or excessive strain on the hydraulic and linkage system.
Installation guidance:
Remove retaining hardware and inspect mounting pin.
Check surrounding bushings and linkage arms for wear.
Install roller squarely and confirm free rotation before returning equipment to service.
